Act 8: The Obelisks of Form and Power

After Act 7: DB License Snakeman will ask you to go to Shinjuku Babel and talk to Yamamoto the Steel-Willed in the command center. You can get into the command center by going up the stairs and clicking on the door behind the guard.
Yamamoto the Steel-Willed wants you to be a messenger for him. He asks if you know about the Messiah and Gaia churches. After that he gives you two access codes for them to use. Messiah - LM5988, Gaia - CG5991 and asks you to deliver them to their representative. The Messian representative can be found next to the Shibuya entrance.
The Messian representative will take the code, and then tell you about their church, after which she will ask you a question for a small Law shift. If you answer 'Not interested' there will be no change.

Question 1: Where is the Messiah Church located? (Shinagawa, Ichigaya, Roppongi)
Question 2: What is the name of our Archbishop? (Yamamoto the Steel-Willed, Judah the Faithful, Judah the Diligent)
Question 3: And what is our goal? (A Millennial Kingdom of peace and happiness, A delightful Animal Kingdom, A Kingdom where only the strong survive)
The Gaian representative can be found just to the north of the Messian, you probably walked right by him. After you talk to him, give him his code and then he too wants to talk to you about the Gaia church. If you take his quiz you will get a small Chaos shift. If you answer 'Not interested' there will be no change.

Question 1: Where is the Gaia Church located? (Shibuya, Ueno, Kichijoji)
Question 2: What is the name of our Grand Master? (The Snakeman, Doukan the Noble, Doukan the Dauntless)
Question 3: And what is our goal? (A Girly Fairytale World, A World of Restrictions, A World of Freedom and Liberty)
Now return to Yamamoto the Steel-Willed in the Command Center for a bonus of 50,000 XP, and the next part of your mission. Yamamoto the Steel-Willed will ask you to retrieve the Obelisk data from Shibuya and Ichigaya. He wants the data from Shibuya first. So off you go to Shibuya, the Innocent is marked on the map as a POI.
Once you get to the innocent talk to him and he will ask you a question.
"Is absolute order what is needed in this chaos that is Tokyo?"
Option 1: Yes (Heavy shift to Law)
Option 2: No (No shift)
Once you have Obelisk Data-02 return to him for the next part in Ichigaya. When you leave the room this time you will go into a cut scene for your first look at Setsu. Once you get to the Innocent in Ichigaya you will be asked another question, this one about Chaos.
"Do you wish to acquire a power so great that all would fall before it?"
Option 1: Yes (Heavy shift to Chaos)
Option 2: No (No shift)
Now after you have Obelisk Data-03 return to Yamamoto the Steel-Willed for your reward of 100,000 bonus XP.
