Note: This expertise is affected by your Intelligence and Luck.
Progression
Requirements to unlock:
Crafts at Class 1 - Rank 0, Gun Knowledge at Class 1 - Rank 0.

Gains expertise equal to 80% of your Crafts level.
Gains expertise equal to 20% of your Gun Knowledge level.

Note: The affect of your statistics on this skill seem to be two-fold.
Chance to successfully compound a weapon.
- Intelligence adds a 1% bonus per 5 points.
- Luck adds a 1% bonus per 10 points.
Chance that a compounded weapon is extraordinary (slotted).
- Intelligence adds a 1% bonus per 10 points.
- Luck adds a 1% bonus per 5 points
Note 2:
*It seems like success rate doesn't involve neither demon or human stats.
*Success rate can't be increased with higher stats, but it can be increased with clovers or higher grade cabinets.
*Stats only works for item MOD slots.

Lose the raw materials.
